What to Expect
We have two services each Sunday. Our early services is at 8:30 a.m. in Bonfils Chapel. Our celebration service at 10:30 is in our Frank Lloyd Wright designed sanctuary. This service features our choir which delights us each week with their eclectic musical selection. The service is traditional in style yet progressive in theology. Communion is celebrated weekly and all are invited to participate.
Worship attire
Walking through the door on Sunday, you’ll find some people are dressed very casually and others are dressed rather formally. We encourage you to come however you feel comfortable. Whether you’re in jeans or a suit, we’re happy to welcome you!
Parking
Parking is available in the Anthology of the Plaza lot directly south of Community. You may also park along residential streets near the church. Parking for individuals with disabilities is available in lots on the east and south sides of the building.
kids in worship
Children are always welcome in the sanctuary during worship. We want children to have experiences with their families during "Big Church" so that they can learn how to fully worship God with an intergenerational church family.
Children's Moment is an integral part of our Celebration service, after which children under 5 may leave the sanctuary and proceed to the nursery.
Community's Infant/Parent Room is located in the Jenkin's Room at the back of the sanctuary for parents who may need to rock, feed or change a baby during worship. In the room, the service is played over the room’s speakers and can be seen through large windows.
